Hello, my friend!
I just dropped my conversation with Daniel Dalen.
Daniel dropped out of school at 16, and today he runs multiple million-dollar businesses.
For the first time ever, he broke down his exact eight-step blueprint for going from broke to multimillionaire in less than five years. His story is proof that anything is possible.
If you want to break free from the system and build a multimillion-dollar business, these eight steps can actually change your life.
Some of the things he said haven’t left my mind since. Here are my three biggest takeaways from the conversation:
1. Define your rich
Life will always have its highs, lows. Daniel’s journey was no different.
One of the biggest lessons he shared was this:
Your “rich” isn’t defined by your best moments or your struggles.
It’s easy to set a goal, but do you actually know what that goal means to you? Why it matters? Why it will make you happy?
Here’s the truth. The most important part of getting from point A to point B isn’t the destination. It’s everything in between. The experiences you have. The people you meet. The things you build. The problems you solve.
Make sure you’re not sacrificing what that makes you happy just to chase a goal that, deep down, doesn’t even matter to you.
No point in buying a first-class ticket for a crashing plane.
2.Define Your Audience and Speak Their Language
Daniel has this beautiful framework for business. It’s so simple it almost feels too good to be true. But it’s true. And it works.
He breaks business down into three elements:
People: Who’s in this with you? Who are you serving? Who are you doing business with? Business is always about people.
Product: What are you actually giving them? What’s your solution, and how does it make their life better?
Feedback: This is where the magic happens. How do you keep listening, engaging, and improving what you deliver?
I thought this was brilliant. And I told Daniel I’d add one more thing under People: Purpose. I’ve always believed this. Don’t manage people. Manage purpose. If people truly believe in the mission, they’ll give everything they’ve got and do their best work.
And from purpose comes the problem you’re solving for people. That’s what shapes your product.
You can look at any business through these fundamentals. It all comes down to People, Product, and Feedback. Get those right, and the rest takes care of itself.
3. Be a sponge
This is exactly why I always talk about taking risks. You have to throw yourself into situations that feel uncomfortable. Push yourself. Take on challenges that feel bigger than you.
The only way to make it work is to close the gap. Learn what you don’t know. Get sharper. Get better.
If you want to grow your business, you’ve got to grow as a person. The more you soak up, the more you level up.
Be a sponge.

This was amazing
Last week, we brought 500 dreamers together in one place.
We reach 400 million views a month, but there’s something special about seeing people face to face, feeling the energy, watching a community come together to support each other.
And that, to me, is the biggest power of social media: Community.
Community is the most powerful asset any brand can build. A group of people who genuinely care about what you care about.
And trust me when I say this, this is your leverage. If you build a strong community, you can go head-to-head with any giant in the market.
Here’s how you do it:
1. Build it from day one. Don’t think, “I’ll make money first, then I’ll build a community.” Build it from the start. Communicate your mission and values. Attract the right people. Make sure they feel valued.
2. Let people engage freely. Give them space to talk about your brand, your movement, your impact. Listen. Interact. Make them part of the process.
3. Give as much as you can. Take as little as possible. Community isn’t about what you can extract. It’s about what you can contribute. Bring value to the ecosystem, and it will give back in ways you can’t imagine.
This is how you build something unstoppable.
Alright, that’s it for today!
